How I love my Instant Pots. Yes, plural for this house. I have a regular 8qt and an 8qt air fryer by Instant Pot. I know there are many brands out there and I am not here to review or knock down people's choices. Dude it has been a life saver this past year. I hope through this part of the site I can get people less afraid of the IP (instant pot) and cooking up a storm. Keep in mind I am not a pro, but I am very comfortable using my IPs. At any time you have a question please ask away. I have one IP cookbook I love and hope to get a second soon. There are numerous sites with recipes and I will share my favorites with y'all here. I will make sure (if I forget please call me out) to give credit where credit is owed. So, if you own an IP and have not used it out of fear (I so get it) then now is the time to dust it off. Open the manual and preform the test and get ready to cook good, healthy, and not so healthy food. ^_^
